La Municipalidad de San Luis se habría convertido en un nicho de favorecimientos ilícitos para contratar a personas vinculadas con el alcalde de este distrito, David Rojas Maza, de Acción Popular, según un reportaje difundido por ‘Panorama’ el último 10 de enero.
La gestión del burgomaestre contrató a su pareja Cristina Roque como secretaria del Área de Gestión Ambiental de la comuna de San Luis, con un sueldo de S/ 1.700. Pero el burgomaestre niega esta relación, pese a que Roque confirma que él la ayudó a ingresar a trabajar a la Municipalidad de San Luis.
Pero no fue la única favorecida. El padre de Cristina Roque también fue contratado en la gestión de Rojas Maza. Marco Roque Ortiz ingresó a trabajar en el Área de Seguridad Interna con un sueldo de S/ 1.500. La pareja del burgomaestre trabajó en la comuna hasta el 22 de diciembre. El mismo destino tuvo su padre.
El Ministerio Público ya le abrió una investigación por el delito contra la administración pública en agravio del Estado. Rojas Maza fue elegido alcalde por el partido Acción Popular. Él y su pareja fueron intervenidos por el Escuadrón Verde en un hotel del distrito de Surquillo, situación que dio paso a la revelación de los demás hechos, según apunta ‘Panorama’.
