Este domingo 7 de febrero, el JEE Lima Centro 2 resolvió excluir a José Luna Gálvez como candidato al Congreso de la República por Podemos Perú.

El órgano electoral concluyó que el empresario peruano omitió información en la declaración de su hoja de vida. Esta tacha fue presentada a finales de enero por el personero legal de Somos Perú.

El JEE señaló que sí hay mérito en excluir la candidatura de Luna Gálvez por omitir información sobre sus vínculos con Universidad Privada Telesup SAC, Escuela Internacional de Postgrado SAC, Instituto Superior Tecnológico Privado Intur Perú y Podemos Perú E. I. R. L.
