Las personas mayores de 45 años necesitarán tener las dos dosis de la vacuna contra la covid-19 para realizar viajes interprovinciales, adelantó hoy el ministro de Salud, Hernando Cevallos, al dar a conocer los acuerdos adoptados en el Consejo de Ministros.
Cevallos comentó, sin embargo, que esta medida se exigirá recién dentro de un mes para dar tiempo a que las personas en este rango de edad aún no inmunizados puedan colocarse la primera dosis y 21 días después la segunda dosis.
«Si bien la vacuna es voluntaria, nadie tiene derecho a contagiar a otros. Si uno viaja en un bus interprovincial, varias horas generalmente, la persona que se sienta al lado debe tener menos posibilidad de que te contagie», refirió en conferencia de prensa tras el Consejo de Ministros.
El ministro recalcó que las personas no vacunadas tienen mayor posibilidad de contagiar a quienes están a su alrededor. «Por protección a los mayores de 45 años, dentro del plazo de un mes, se exigirá tener las dos dosis para trasladarse en buses interprovinciales».
