Un hombre que abusó de una menor de edad (13) a la que captó a través de las redes sociales, con el perfil falso de un adolescente de 17 años, fue sentenciado a cadena perpetua a solicitud del fiscal provincial, Juan Linares Calderón, del Cuarto Despacho de la Primera Fiscalía Provincial Penal Corporativa de San Juan de Lurigancho – Zona Alta.
Se trata de Samuel Contreras Alférez (23), quien fue hallado culpable del delito contra la libertad sexual en la modalidad de violación sexual en menor de edad.
El hecho delictivo ocurrió el 7 de octubre de 2019 en el interior de un hotel de San Juan de Lurigancho, hasta donde el sentenciado trasladó a la víctima, aprovechando la condición de vulnerabilidad en la que se encontraba tras haberse fugado de su casa debido a problemas familiares.
El acusado fue intervenido por la policía luego que la madre denunciara la desaparición ante la comisaría del sector. Durante el juicio oral, el fiscal provincial Linares Calderón demostró que el sentenciado perpetró el delito sabiendo que se trataba de una menor de edad, y que la víctima creyó que los datos del perfil de la mencionada red social eran ciertos.
