Con la llegada de las 700 mil dosis del laboratorio Sinopharm, ayer por fin se dio inicio a la segunda etapa del proceso de inmunización de trabajadores del sector Salud que aún no habían tenido acceso al primer lote.
A los trabajadores de la Red Prestacional Sabogal se les inmunizó en el Centro de Vacunación Fortaleza del Real Felipe, en el Callao. Hernán Ramos, gerente central de Seguros y Prestaciones Económicas, indicó que no fue necesario realizar cola alguna, pues todo el personal fue vacunado y antes pudieron conocer cuándo era su turno por medio de un aplicativo.
La jornada no estuvo libre de protestas. Personal médico del hospital Rebagliati hizo un plantón para exigir que se inmunice a los profesionales que hacen trabajo clínico.
Asimismo, se informó que ayer se inició el envío de un total de 61.338 dosis de vacunas a 10 regiones del país.
