Los ciudadanos que no acudan a votar en las elecciones del 11 de abril sin una justificación válida, tendrán que pagar una multa que va entre los 22 soles y los 88 soles, mientras que los electores que no cumplan con ejercer como miembros de mesa pagarán una multa de 220 soles.
El monto de la multa varía en función de si el elector es considerado No Pobre, Pobre o Pobre Extremo, de acuerdo al lugar del domicilio que figura en el DNI.
Las multas para el 2021 por no votar son:
Distrito No Pobre 88.00 soles
Distrito Pobre No Extremo 44.00 soles
Distrito Pobre Extremo 22.00 soles
Por no ejercer la función de miembro de mesa o haberse negado a remplazar a un miembro de mesa:
Multa de 220 soles
Si no cumpliste con ser miembro de mesa y no participaste en las elecciones, corresponderá el pago de ambas omisiones.
