El gobernador regional de Cusco, Jean Paúl Benavente García , dejó entrever este martes que reconoce a Pedro Castillo Terrones como presidente electo del Perú, tras el conteo de actas al 100% por parte de la Oficina Nacional de Procesos Electorales. Por tal motivo, reveló que el profesor chotano fue invitado a participar en el segundo día de la IV Cumbre de la Descentralización, que se llevará a cabo el 24 y 25 de junio.
La autoridad regional aclaró que la invitación del aún aspirante a la Presidencia de la República es al evento que contará con la presencia de más de 20 gobernadores regionales, mas no a la típica celebración del Inti Raymi, próxima a celebrarse este jueves.
“La (invitación) del candidato, que ha sido favorecido por el voto en base al conteo al 100% de la ONPE, es para el día siguiente (25 de junio). Como gobernadores, nosotros tenemos una Cumbre de la Centralización, ese es un evento totalmente diferente al Inti Raymi, que no se tergiverse eso”, refirió.
“Hablo a título personal, estoy observando que hay un resultado que nos dice que al 100% de conteos (de ONPE) hay un ganador (Pedro Castillo), nosotros (gobernadores) estamos invitando a esa persona”, agregó.
