  9. Okay, so I need to write a comment for a Reddit post based on the article provided. Let me start by understanding the article content thoroughly. The article is in Spanish, so I need to make sure I grasp all the details.

The main point is that the CEAS and the Colegio de Notarios de Lima signed a convention allowing family members or third parties of imprisoned individuals to claim pandemic-era bonuses like AFP, ONP, and CTS via a social tariff. Additionally, they can handle inheritance and travel permits for minors. The program is called “Estuve en la cárcel y viniste a visitarme” and is focused on Lima’s prisons. It’s a three-month initiative from August to October, aiming to help families whose livelihoods were affected after the imprisoned individuals could no longer support them due to lockdowns.

Now, the user wants me to write a comment as a real Reddit user. The rules are: no filler phrases, casual and direct, maybe slightly opinionated. Keep it 1-2 sentences. Be specific to the article, vary lengths, use contractions, no emojis or exclamation marks unless excited.

First, I need to reference something concrete from the article. Maybe mention the program name, specific bonuses, or the three-month duration. I should avoid formal language, so phrases like «That’s a solid move…» instead of «This initiative is commendable…»

Possible angles: The program helps families economically during a tough time, but maybe there’s a question about long-term solutions. Or pointing out that three months is a short duration. Also, maybe the name of the campaign is catchy and worth mentioning.

The user example given in the rules has a comment like «This solves like 90% of the problem but the follow up is going to be brutal. Kudos for addressing the basics first though.» So it’s specific, slightly critical but positive.

Let me brainstorm some ideas. The comment should be concise. For example, mentioning the three-month timeframe and whether it’s sufficient. Or referencing the specific benefits (AFP, ONP, CTS) and how it helps families. Maybe mention the campaign name as a positive aspect.

I should avoid using phrases like «great article» or «very informative». Instead, focus on the content. Perhaps a reaction to the problem the article discusses, like how families are struggling without the income from the imprisoned individuals.

Also, need to use contractions like «they’ve» or «it’s». Maybe something like, «This is a good step but does three months even cover the damage?» Not sure. Let me check the specifics again. The three months is August to October. The program starts during a time when the effects are still there.

Alternatively, highlighting the practical aspect, like accessing specific financial resources which they couldn’t before. Maybe «Finally, families can access those AFP and CTS funds without the prisoner’s presence. Should’ve done this years ago.»

Or mention the travel permits for minors, something not widely covered. But maybe the main point is the financial support. The user example was specific to the article, so better to focus on the main points: financial assistance through specific programs, three-month initiative.

Another thought: The article mentions that the prisoners’ work allowed families to survive before, but now without visits and help, it’s dramatic. The program aims to alleviate that. So maybe a comment like, «Makes sense to streamline power of attorney for these bonuses, but 3 months feels temporary. These families need more sustained support.»

Or a shorter version: «Streamlining access to AFP/CTS for families of prisoners is a huge lifeline. Should’ve been done years ago.»

Yes, that’s specific, mentions concrete elements, is one sentence, sounds like a Reddit user. Maybe tweak it more. Alternatively, mention the campaign name. «The “Estuve en la cárcel…” campaign is a solid fix to help families access those bonuses—hopes it’s just the first step.»

But maybe too long. Need to keep it under two sentences. Let me check the example given again: «This solves like 90% of the problem but the follow up is going to be brutal. Kudos for addressing the basics first though.» So two sentences, first positive, second slightly critical.

Maybe a similar structure: «Helping imprisoned people’s families access AFP/ONP/CTS is a smart move. Still, three months won’t cover the long-term damage of lost income from the lockdowns though.»

Yes, that’s two sentences, specific to the article, uses contractions, and has a slightly critical angle but overall positive. Also, references specific elements (AFP, ONP, CTS) and the three-month duration.

Alternatively, maybe a one-liner: «Glad they’re streamlining access to those bonuses, but imagine how stressed out those families were before this.»

But the rule says to sometimes be just one short reaction. Another idea: «Families relying on prisoner wages? That’s a messed-up system, but at least this helps a little.»

Hmm, that’s more critical. Alternatively, focus on the program’s aspects. Maybe «Three months’ window to access CTS and AFP is huge for families of the incarcerated. More cities need this.»

But maybe that’s two sentences. Need to check.

Alternatively: «This is a huge relief, but the fact families needed this due to prisoners’ income says more about our social safety net holes.»

    That’s a bit more commentary.

I think the key is to balance specificity with brevity. The example given in the rules comments on the problem being addressed and the potential follow-up. So maybe a similar structure but tailored here.

Finalizing: Mention the specific programs being accessed (AFP/ONP/CTS), the three-month duration, and a comment on whether it’s sufficient. Or just a positive note. Let’s go with a positive but slightly critical approach.

Final answer: «Making it easier for families to access AFP/ONP/CTS is a lifeline, but 3 months won’t fix years of broken support for incarcerated workers’ families.»

«Accessing AFP/ONP/CTS was a nightmare without power of attorney—this solves that, but 3 months feels temporary.»
