El JEE Lima Centro 2 declaró infundadas dos tachas contra la postulación de Martín Vizcarra al Congreso por el partido Somos Perú, que fueron presentadas por la excongresista Yeni Vilcatoma y la ciudadana Mónica Yaya Luyo.
En el primer caso, Vilcatoma argumentó que el exmandatario estaba impedido de postular pues debió renunciar a la Presidencia de la República seis meses antes de las elecciones.
Sin embargo, el organismo electoral indica que el 21 de diciembre, en que el ex jefe del Estado se inscribe para postular al Parlamento, tenía la condición de ciudadano, por lo que “no resulta exigible la solicitud de renuncia al candidato Martín Vizcarra a la presidencia”.
En cuanto a la tacha presentada por la exfuncionaria del Organismo Supervisor de las Contrataciones del Estado Mónica Yaya Luyo, también fue declarada infundada debido a que la vacancia de Vizcarra no se puede considerar como impedimento o limitativo a participar como candidato al Parlamento.
En otra de sus resoluciones, el JEE admitió en parte la solicitud de inscripción de la lista del Partido Nacionalista al Parlamento por Lima, reservándose el pronunciamiento con relación a los candidatos Natalia Taco López Nº 6, Erick Leonardo Verano Meza Nº 9 y Manuel Juan Calonge Merino Nº 19.
