El Gobierno Regional del Callao, en coordinación con la Escuela Metropolitana de Serenos, a fin de fortalecer la seguridad ciudadana en el primer puerto, lanzó hoy el Programa de capacitación a más de 1000 serenos de los siete distritos chalacos
La actividad, denominada “Patrullaje en seguridad ciudadana ante la COVID-19”, organizada por la Gerencia Regional de Defensa Nacional, Defensa Civil y Seguridad Ciudadana del Callao, fue presentada en la sede central del GORE con asistencia de los alcaldes de Bellavista, Daniel Malpartida; de Carmen de La Legua Reynoso, Carlos Cox; y de La Perla, Aníbal Jara.
El gobernador regional del Callao, Dante Mandriotti, expresó que, ante el incremento de la inseguridad, su gestión, además de impulsar programas preventivos en favor de los jóvenes, brindar ayuda humanitaria a los sectores más afectados; también está pendiente de la pronta instalación de cámaras de videovigilancia, ahora se preocupa por la instrucción adecuada de la fuerza de serenazgo distrital.
“Por eso, hoy lanzamos la capacitación a serenos de los siete distritos chalacos, por parte de la Escuela Metropolitana de Serenos, donde los agentes recibirán instrucción sobre patrullaje preventivo y vehicular, normativa legal para las intervenciones que se realizan, defensa personal, liderazgo, ética en la gestión pública, rescate, manejo de la central de cámaras, entre otros temas”, añadió.
El general (r) José Sosa Dulanto Badiola, gerente regional de Defensa Nacional, Defensa Civil y Seguridad Ciudadana del Callao, agregó que la capacitación, que se llevará a cabo de manera virtual, de abril a diciembre del presente año, tiene como meta anual, según el Plan Regional de Seguridad Ciudadana, la instrucción del 45% de serenos; sin embargo, se espera poder llegar al 80% del total, fortaleciendo con ello la seguridad ciudadana en la región.
