PROCLAMACIÓN DEL NUEVO PRESIDENTE SE DARÍA EN MENOS DE SIETE DÍAS, ESTIMA ESPECIALISTA

El abogado y experto en temas electorales, Alejandro Rospigliosi, indicó que la proclamación del nuevo presidente -a cargo del Jurado Nacional de Elecciones (JNE)- se daría en los próximos siete días.
“Estamos en la recta final. En el Perú hay cerca de 76 Jurados Electorales Especiales en cada región. Los que ya no tienen apelaciones, han decidido proclamar los resultados finales de su jurisdicción y competencia. Yo creo que en menos de siete días, espero, tendremos los resultados finales. Esperamos que sea antes del 20 de julio“, dijo en entrevistA.
Recordó además que la demora en la proclamación de los resultados oficiales se debe a que en ningún otro proceso electoral se habían presentado una gran cantidad de impugnaciones. “Es insólito. En la historia del Perú nunca hubo esta cantidad de actas impugnadas“, señaló.
En otro momento, Rospigliosi mencionó que por el momento solo quedan por resolver el 15 % de actas impugnadas; por lo que la proclamación del JNE no debería exceder del 20 de julio.
