El JEE de Lima Centro 1 declaró improcedente el pedido del partido Victoria Nacional para que se le habilite el sistema ‘Declara’ del Jurado Nacional de Elecciones para culminar con el registro de sus candidatos al Parlamento Andino de cara a las Elecciones Generales del 2021.
En su resolución, la entidad electoral señala que el personero legal de la agrupación liderada por George Forsyth, Milko Herbert Amesquita Rivera, “incumplió su deber de diligencia, toda vez que esperó registrar su solicitud de inscripción el último día y hora para cerrar el sistema informático”.
Asimismo, indica que “admitir el pedido implicaría trastocar el Cronograma Electoral aprobado por el Pleno del JNE, pues se estarían modificando plazos pre establecidos y se afectaría el principio de preclusión en materia electoral”.
Por esa razón, el JEE de Lima Centro 1 declaró improcedente el pedido realizado por Victoria Nacional y dicha agrupación podrá apelar ante el JNE dicha resolución de lo contrario no podrá presentar candidatos al Parlamento Andino en los comicios que se llevarán a cabo el próximo 11 de abril.
