La Fiscalía Especializada en Delitos de Corrupción de Lima Sur se encuentra allanando los domicilios de altos jefes del Ejército Peruano por el denominado ‘Gasolinazo’, entre los que se encuentran implicados el general César Astudillo Salcedo y otro 11 investigados.
El allanamiento incluye doce domicilios y ocho oficinas de estos altos mandos para incautar bienes y documentación relacionados con el objeto materia de investigación.
El Ministerio Público junto al Ministerio del Interior y la División de Investigación de delitos de Alta Complejidad (Diviac) trabajan en conjunto para realizar estas diligencias.
Al General de División César Astudillo se le investiga por el presunto delito de encubrimiento real y personal y peculado doloso, por lo que la Fiscalía solicitó también la detención preliminar por siete días de los imputados.
