FISCALÍA ABRIÓ INVESTIGACIÓN CONTRA JAIME CILLONIZ TRAS DENUNCIA DE ACTRIZ POR PRESUNTO INTENTO DE SECUESTRO

El Ministerio Público inició una investigación preliminar contra Jaime Cilloniz, quien fue denunciado por la actriz Danna Ben Haim por intento de secuestro el último martes en un edificio.

A través de la cuenta de Twitter del Ministerio Público, indicaron que la medida fue dispuesta por la fiscal Janet Luz Bernal Loayza, de la Primera Fiscalía Provincial de Miraflores, distrito donde ocurrió el incidente.

El incidente ocurrió el último martes a mediodía cuando la joven acudió al edificio para una prueba de vestuario y el conserje del lugar le dio un número de piso equivocado. El ascensor del inmueble da directo a los departamentos y así Ben Haim terminó en el ingreso de la vivienda de Cilloniz. El cual la  increpó por haber ingresado al departamento y la retuvo por 15 minutos aproximadamente. Cilloniz forcejeó incluso con su madre, quien le pedía que deje a la joven. Finalmente, la actriz pudo ser rescatada del lugar por unos vecinos que oyeron sus gritos de auxilio.

Al respecto, Ben Haim indicó que el presunto delito fue tipificado como tentativa de secuestro por la Policía Nacional.
