El fiscal José Domingo Pérez, del equipo especial Lava Jato, ha pedido que se dicten 30 años y 10 meses de prisión efectiva contra la candidata presidencial de Fuerza Popular, Keiko Fujimori, y otros implicados en el presunto delito de organización criminal y lavado de activos que se le imputan por supuestos pagos ilícitos que recibió de Odebrecht.
José Domingo Pérez acudió esta mañana, as las 8:40 a.m. aproximadamente, a presentar su denuncia formal contra la lideresa fujimorista ante el juez de investigación preparatoria, Víctor Zúñiga Urday, luego de haber anunciado que daba por concluidas las investigaciones por estos delitos contra Fujimori Higuchi y otros.
Contra otros 33 investigados, el fiscal del equipo Lava Jato ha pedido 22 años de cárcel. A todos se les imputan diversos ilícitos como organización criminal, lavado de activos, obstrucción a la justicia y falsa declaración en procedimientos administrativos.
A esto se suma su pedido para que se disuelva el partido político Fuerza Popular y la empresa del esposo de Keiko Fujimori, Mark Vito Villanella.
