Un bombero de la Compañía Garibaldi N°6 quedó herido al caer de un acantilado cuando practicaba rápel. El accidente se registró el último domingo en la zona llamada Boquerón del Lobo, en la playa La Chira, distrito de Chorrillos.
En imágenes mostradas por América Noticias se observa cuando el instructor se encuentra dando recomendaciones a los usuarios respecto a cómo colocarse los implementos de seguridad que se requiere para practicar el citado deporte extremo.
En ese instante, se ve cómo metros más atrás el bombero, identificado como Rafael Chinchay Ochoa (52) cae por el acantilado de más de 20 metros de altura, aproximadamente. Él sobrevivió a la caída y fue trasladado de inmediato al hospital Edgardo Rebagliati en Jesús María.
Rafael Chinchay Ochoa está en observación debido a que sufrió traumatismo encéfalo craneano moderado, rotura de tabique nasal, desprendimiento de mandíbula y fisura en dos costillas.
A través de las redes sociales, sus familiares y amigos vienen solicitando ayuda para poder adquirir los medicamentos necesarios para su recuperación. “Pedimos su apoyo para alguna manera amortiguar la carga a la familia con los gastos propios de atención de Rafael. Él es bombero, comando del Ejército, profesor de colegio y un gran hermano para nosotros”, indica la publicación.
