Este miércoles Canal N emitió un comunicado en el que le pidió al candidato presidencial de Perú Libre, Pedro Castillo, “garantizar la integridad” de sus periodistas, de lo contrario no transmitirá sus eventos políticos.
Este pedido se realizó tras la agresión a la periodista Stefanie Medina, quien fue perseguida por simpatizantes de Perú Libre tras un evento en Ayacucho.
“Canal N pide a Pedro Castillo que deje de azuzar a sus partidarios para que agredan a los periodistas que cubren su gira. Si no garantiza la integridad de nuestros reporteros, dejaremos de transmitir sus eventos”, indica el comunicado leído en vivo.
Uno de los personajes que subió al estrado y participó del mitin de Perú Libre en Ayacucho este miércoles y que arremetió contra la prensa fue nada más y nada menos que el virtual congresista por esa región, Alex Flores Ramírez. En dicho evento, luego, simpatizantes agredieron a periodistas.
Flores Ramírez fue secretario general del Movimiento Etnocacerista de Ayacucho entre 2014 y 2015; y actualmente es secretario general por la misma región de Perú Libre.
