Dicha propuesta, tiene por objeto modificar el artículo 4 de la Ley 28983, Ley de igualdad de oportunidades entre mujeres y hombres, con la finalidad de precisar el correcto uso del lenguaje inclusivo, de acuerdo a los alcances de la Real Academia de la Lengua Española.
En este sentido, se propone establecer que el correcto uso del lenguaje inclusivo no promueve el desdoblamiento para referirse a hombres y mujeres.
Asimismo, señala que el Ministerio de Educación es responsable de implementar esta disposición en el diseño y elaboración de textos escolares en la educación básica escolar, de acuerdo a las pautas de la Real Academia de la Lengua Española.
“Se ha venido haciendo un uso inapropiado del lenguaje en textos escolares por ejemplo cuando se habla de: “Los niños y las niñas”, “los estudiantes y las estudiantes”, “los trabajadores y las trabajadoras”. Esto no sólo es inadecuado, sino que es criticado por autoridades lingüísticas en nuestro país y el extranjero. No debemos desnaturalizar la lengua para tratar de cumplir con agendas que creen erróneamente que con ello se lucha por la igualdad. Nada más lejos de la verdad”, refirió la parlamentaria Jáuregui de Aguayo.
“Estamos de acuerdo en la igualdad entre hombres y mujeres, y luchar por ello, pero en aspectos que realmente consigan un cambio real, como la búsqueda de la misma remuneración por el mismo trabajo, las mismas oportunidades de ascenso en centros laborales o las mismas oportunidades de estudio para hombres y mujeres, sin embargo, consideramos lo que se hace en los textos escolares no ayuda a ello”, señaló la legisladora.
La iniciativa señala que, en los textos escolares se fuerza el uso incorrecto del lenguaje para expresar que dentro de un grupo determinado de personas existen grupos de hombre y mujeres. Sin embargo, es curioso que, en varias partes de los mismos textos escolares, se usa apropiadamente el lenguaje permitiendo inferir que su uso ideológico confunde incluso a los que elaboran los mismos textos.
